About our Story Walks

The Central Okanagan Early Years Partnership (COEYP), made up of various organizations, worked together to organize the first Central Okanagan Story Walk during the week of November 16th, 2020 for National Child Day. It was such a success that a second Story Walk was planned with more to come in the future.

Books are displayed (with permission from the authors and publishers) in parks around the Central Okanagan for park goers to enjoy. The story pages are staked around the parks in page order for a self-guided fun reading tour. Enjoy the stories together as you stroll through the park!
