Early Childhood Educators (ECE/ITE)

Are you an Early Childhood Educator with a specialty in Infant Toddler Education? If you answered yes, then we want to hear from you!

ProducKIDvity is Kelowna’s first childcare academy and co-working centre located in the heart of downtown. Our centres serve 120 students ranging from 0-5 years. We will be opening our third location in November 2023.

We are looking for an Infant Toddler Educator who:

– Has completed their post-secondary education in Early – Childhood Education, including their IT certification (note: ECEs in the process of obtaining their IT will also be considered)
– Is passionate about early childhood education and looking to contribute to curriculum development
– Is a team player who excels working alongside other educators
– Is intentional in their approach to early childhood education
– Is willing to learn and grow within our organization (this is our first location, but not our last!)

Qualifications:

– Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate Licence
– Valid Infant Toddler Certificate or currently completing Infant Toddler Certificate
– Childcare: 2 years (preferred)
– First Aid/CPR Certificate
– Familiar with current BC Licensing Regulations
– Knowledge of the Montessori and Reggio Emilia methodology as well as Active Play curriculum
– Ability to prioritize and to exercise time management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $24.00-$27.00 per hour plus an additional $4/hr. government wage enhancement.
