How it Works
Contact us with the date and time of your event as well as the approximate ages and number of children. Deposit due upon booking to reserve your event date and schedule your childminders. You provide an on-site, secured location, and we bring all of the games and activities. Our childminders also take care of all setup and take-down. We create a space that is supportive and fun for all ages of children. They will be happily entertained while their parents enjoy your event.
Our set-up fee includes basic age-appropriate games, resources and activities, such as, play-dough, colouring, Lego, books, puppets, and more! We accommodate all ages as our professional childminders are qualified to care for children from newborn to pre-teen. Please note that parents must remain on the premises during childminding events.
Event deposits are transferable but non-refundable.
Additional cancellation fee of $60/childminder will be applied for bookings cancelled within 48 hours.

Rates & Payment Info:
Setup Fee/Deposit: $200 – Due upon booking
Childminders: $20/hour per childminder
Overtime: additional $10/hr per childminder
Stat Holidays: additional $5/hr per childminder
- up to 3 childminders (2 minimum. additional childminders may be booked for extra administration fee).
- Room setup with games, toys and activities.
- Credit card required to reserve your event.
- 4hr minimum booking per childminder, followed by 15 minute increments.
- Overtime rates take effect after 8hrs.
- One childminder required for an additional 30 minutes for set-up.
- Childminder cost invoiced & charged to credit card following event unless otherwise specified.
