How it Works
Contact us with the details of your gathering, and we bring all of the gear and games to create a space that is supportive and fun for the children attending, so that they will be happily entertained while their
parents enjoy your event, meeting, or training session.
Our set-up fee includes basic age-appropriate games, resources and activities such as play-dough, arts & crafts, Lego, books, puppets, activity bins and more!
Our professional childminders are qualified to care for children from newborn to 13yrs.
Please note that parents must remain on the premises while their children are in our care during childminding events.
Cancellation Policy
Event deposits are transferable but non-refundable.
Additional cancellation fee of $60/childminder will be applied for bookings cancelled within 48 hours.
COST:
Set-up Fee: $50 (if you require us to supply games, craft materials, activity bind and toys)
Childminder(s) Fee: $40/hour per childcare facilitator* +Tax and 10% Admin Fee
Room Rental Fee: $50/hour includes access to space for Childminding (Must have liability insurance)
Please note that all profits made go back to supporting our non-profit family and childcare services and programs in our community.
*”One childminder for every 6 or fewer children with each child younger than 12mos counted as 2.5 children, and each child 12-36mos counted as 2 children for a max of 5hrs of childcare/day”
