Strong Roots Initiative

This program is for children, youth and families with a child or children  between the ages of  6–13 years who are referred to participate. Joining the program is completely voluntary. Both the child or youth and their parent or guardian must choose to take part and stay involved throughout the program.

Counselling Services

In partnership with Crossroads Collective, we offer comprehensive counselling services, including:

  • Individual counselling (up to 16 sessions)

Referrals for counselling services must come from a community agency. Once a referral is received, eligible participants will be connected with Crossroads Collective to access counselling support.

Pro-Social Activity Connection

Facilitating access to positive, community-based social activities designed to build skills and foster resilience.

Group and Peer Support Opportunities

Opportunities to participate in skill-building and peer-support groups, enhancing social networks and personal development.
