Programs and Workshops

We invite you to engage in fun-filled Beary-exciting activities, parachute games, songs and stories.

All registrants will take home a snack, donated by SunRype, and a book courtesy of Mosaic Books.

Registration is required for each event (please purchase 1 ticket per family).

Healthy Together is a family education program that helps families build healthy habits around food, physical activity, and family connections. It provides simple tools and resources to help families improve their health and well-being.

Each class will run for 2 hours and is broken into 3 different activities; learning and conversation, snack preparation and eating, and a movement activity.

Each week, participants will engage in a different process art or sensory activity, emphasizing the experience and creative process rather than the final product.

Geared for Ages 18 months-5yrs

Enrich the Parenting Journey with the Early Nourish Families Program Children Aged 1 Month to 24Months through our Nourish Families Program. Join our weekly sessions from April to June, designed for parents to engage in authentic discussions, incorporating rhymes, songs, and cherished moments with their little ones. Children are encouraged to attend and be part of this bonding experience.

Each week, participating parents will have the opportunity to receive locally sourced frozen meals.
